Terms of Service
1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of evolvebizai.com. They are provided by [[TODO: founder names]], independent professionals based in India, trading as "EvolveBiz AI". Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement (proposal, statement of work or master services agreement). If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
2. Using the website
- Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it at scale or send spam through our forms.
- Information on the site is general. Prices shown are starting points; your final price is in your written quote.
- Our live AI demo is for evaluation only. It may make mistakes and must not be relied on for real bookings or advice.
3. Our services (summary)
- Audits are paid in advance. The fee is credited to a build if you go ahead within the period stated in your quote.
- Builds are fixed price, with scope, milestones and acceptance criteria agreed in writing.
- Monthly plans run month to month unless your agreement says otherwise, with [[TODO: e.g. 30 days']] notice to cancel.
- Usage costs (for example voice minutes, AI model and phone-line fees) are billed separately at cost plus the margin stated in your quote.
4. Your responsibilities
- You confirm you have the right to give us any data, content or system access you share.
- You're responsible for how you use the AI systems we build, including getting any consent needed from your own customers (for example, call-recording notices or consent for outbound calls and messages).
5. Intellectual property
Unless your agreement says otherwise: once paid in full, you own the deliverables built specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates and know-how, and give you a licence to use them as part of your system.
6. AI limitations
AI systems can produce wrong or unexpected outputs. We test and monitor what we build, but we don't guarantee error-free results. Important decisions should have human review.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
8. Confidentiality & data
We keep your business information confidential and sign an NDA on request. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and, for client projects, a data processing agreement.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in [[TODO: e.g. Gurugram, Haryana]] having jurisdiction, unless your agreement with us says otherwise.
